Mold Inspections
Mold inspections include a visual inspection of the home and sampling, which is evaluated by a licensed laboratory. A standard mold inspection starts at $175.00 and includes three samples (swab and air quality). Additional sampling may be necessary at a cost of $50.00 per sample. We offer a 20% discount if a mold inspection is included with the home inspection.
Four-Point Inspections
Many insurance companies are now requiring four point insurance inspections (roof, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning) when a home reaches 30 years of age. After a home reaches 30 years of age, these inspections can sometimes be used to obtain an insurance discount (check with your insurance company). If combined with the comprehensive home inspection at the time of the inspection, a discount will be offered.
